A Warm Welcome

Hello, my name is Dr. Gregory Devore, and I am a licensed psychologist helping individuals and couples create meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.

You don't have to navigate heavy feelings or a busy mind alone. With steadiness and calm, I help people live with more intention and heart. I am curious about what matters most to you, how you’ve adapted to life’s challenges, and where you feel stuck. Together, we rediscover your voice and find a way forward with authenticity, while staying connected to what matters most.

With Courage.

My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. While I treat conditions such as PTSD, OCD, and ADHD, my work centers on you as a whole person - not just a label.

Healing goes beyond symptom relief. I help you understand the connection between mind, body, and emotion so you can move through life with greater ease and authenticity.

Together, we look beneath the surface to understand what’s driving your distress. You can expect a collaborative, emotionally safe space where you feel heard and thoughtfully challenged. We move beyond talking about problems toward working through them, combining insight with practical tools for lasting change.

Starting therapy is a meaningful commitment. I respect the courage it takes, and I’m here to support you in the process.

My approach is grounded in a simple but powerful reality: lasting change requires more than insight. It requires a nervous system that feels safe enough to reorganize and heal.

Drawing from modern neuroscience, trauma research, attachment theory, and contemplative practices, I’ve developed an integrative approach that creates the biological conditions for real change. This framework, which I call The Six Attachment Needs, forms the basis of my upcoming book.

Together, we focus on meeting six core needs:

Safety, Acknowledgement, Understanding, Clarity, Comfort, and Space.

When these needs are consistently met, the brain and body can shift out of distress and protection and into states of integration, resilience, and genuine connection.

If you are curious or ready to work together, email or call me for a free 20-minute telephone consultation.

"Emotions are signals pointing to six core needs that, when met, restore balance and foster connection."
